Who Is HULKRILLA?

I Am "De'Andre Hugue"

Why He Became a Cop

Growing up in Columbia, SC, De’Andre was profiled by police because of how he looked: dreadlocks, baggy clothes, grillz, driving a 1989 Grand Marquis on 24-inch chrome rims.
Despite being a college student working three jobs and staying out of trouble, he was repeatedly pulled over, handcuffed, and searched, all because his car was “mistakenly” flagged as stolen.

“I felt powerless. I didn’t know my rights. So I decided to become a cop to protect the innocent and hold bad officers accountable.”

 What HULKRILLA Stands For

H.U.L.K.R.I.L.L.A. =
Humanity. Unity. Love. Knowledge. Respect. Integrity. Loyalty. Leadership. Accountability.

He created the HULKRILLA brand to represent everything good about policing, and to remind the world that:

“There are way more good people wearing the badge than bad ones.”

 From Badge to Viral Movement

After the death of George Floyd, De’Andre took to social media not to defend the badge, but to humanize it.
He launched a content series that showed the compassionate, funny, and relatable side of officers.

Today, he has:

  • Millions of followers across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Been featured in local and national news
  • Created viral videos that educate, uplift, and bring people together
  • Become a voice for justice, unity, and real change

 Why It Matters

HULKRILLA isn’t just about going viral. It’s about impact.
He speaks on police reform, community healing, fatherhood, and youth mentorship — while showing the world what real leadership in uniform looks like.

He didn’t wait for change. He became it.
